Why are all those cards mentioned before Memory Jar? As much as I like the card art and flavor-wise, I really can't imagine it being very playable...

No. You didn't name four decks, only four situations. I'm 100% sure that AR would be far superior in any of given decks. Ancestral is the most powerful (read: undercosted) Magic card ever. No need...
