With 4 copies in 60, there is a 33% chance you get EXACTLY 1 in the opener.
40% chance for 1 OR MORE.

I think leylines are a 4 or 0 type of card. They are very good in the opener, and very bad at any other time. When I consider playing a leyline, it's because of the power it offers in the opening...
