Isn't the unofficial rule of thumb: one on, one off? I can't really see something getting the hammer in Legacy, so no unbanning of [insert card-name here], right?

I will say it again: unban Recruiter. Give some power back to a non-U based deck. Give some love to the oldest tribal deck in MtG, some cheers for good old Goblins!
