If all goes well with the Burnt Offering play, you end up with +3 mana in B or R, but your opponent is up 5 life, meaning your storm count needs to be 2.5 spells greater...

My problem with that combo is that it's totally dependent on Cutter, meaning that to draw Burnt Offerings in multiple would be a dead card, something I don't think this deck can afford.

Belcher seems nice. I'm waiting for a bunch of cards to arrive in the mail so that I can get some testing done and maybe draft a list of my own.
