You are mixing two different decks.
U/R with Snapcaster is slower than U/R with Treasure Cruise and you cannot play them the same way.

I have been testing U/R this weekend (the NJ deck) and I was not able to win Monored Burn.
This deck is faster than mine and I hate Eidolon :(
