    Of course they're useless.

Even if someone stole stuff in front of a police station, they still won't do a darn.

    Re: [Discussion] Power Creep?

they are revisiting the power creep of from previous era for the next generation to enjoy. If we progress too rapidly without checking back on the past, then what was the point in the game anyways?

  5. Re: [Article] Unlocking Legacy - Design Constraints

Surface deal to the obvious cards that have been recognized there. Dig deeper and you gain the truth about the format.

(B and W the best stand alone colors out of all the colors in the format)

Re: Legacy in San Francisco, Bay Area CA

Sure. So should it be next store from CCC? There won't be any space at CCC the day of the event.

Then as long as we buy a few things from next store, we could use the space for as long as we like....

Nonbasic land hate hoses the hell out of it. Unless you have unlocked another section of the format I am not aware about.

Re: Legacy in San Francisco, Bay Area CA

I have another paper due before that date, unfortunately.

How about during the M10 weekend? I have no deadlines, and my Saturday is open in a day's radius.

Re: Legacy in San Francisco, Bay Area CA

Awesome. All we need to do is keep a close eye on our stuff, buy some food and we're good.

Now, we need to decide on a day.
  11. Re: [Premium Article] Breakdown of the SCG $5K Metagame

We do need more true Legacy players writing articles.

All this Vintage is just making us look bad.

Re: Legacy in San Francisco, Bay Area CA

I've asked Tim before for space, and he has given the players space for 20 on a non-event day.

He does not open up that space, unless it is definite that lots of players are really going to use...

Re: Legacy in San Francisco, Bay Area CA

    Any others?

CCC was the location I originally proposed since it isn't really crowded on any non-event day.

Then as our current number is still bellow 30, that is still a viable location until...

Re: Legacy in San Francisco, Bay Area CA

I don't have a number. Usually I coordinate everything through text in advance.

Since Westfield is usually crowded on the weekend (especially during events), I try to avoid that area as much as...

Re: Legacy in San Francisco, Bay Area CA

Westfield wasn't a grand idea afterall.

I couldn't find anyone within the food court. All I ended up doing is take pictures for a group of teens, watch two shoplifters get caught red handed,...

  17. Re: [Top 16] StarCityGames.com $5,000 Legacy Open - Boston

I just only noticed it on my own, looking over the plans, and comparing them with names this community would be familiar with.

They could've gotten it further off (remember what Randy said about...

    Re: M2010 legacy implications

elite vanguard seems to fit into a dozen aggro decks, like Lions. What makes it better than lions is that it could gain power ups from cards that could actually boost its power and toughness.

Re: Legacy in San Francisco, Bay Area CA

That's a start. Let's meet at the Food Court to keep things simple.

Then we'll need an rally point marker to rally the people coming out of the closet (if they show up).
