    Propaganda/Ghostly Prison and Planeswalkers

Do Propaganda/Ghostly Prison take effect (pay 2 for each attacker) if planeswalkers are being attacked? I guess their abilities no longer valid. As the card oracle text states 'Creatures can't attack YOU unless their controller pays 2 for each creature he or she controls that's attacking YOU. Could anyone help?

No, they only matter if the creature is attacking you.

You are correct - your planeswalker is not you.

It's unfortnate that they didn't change the rules to make attack restrictions work for planeswalkers, because as you say it does make a lot of cards worse and somewhat counterintuitive.
“It's possible. But it involves... {checks archives} Nature's Revolt, Opalescence, two Unstable Shapeshifters (one of which started as a Doppelganger), a Tide, an animated land, a creature with Fading, a Silver Wyvern, some way to get a creature into play in response to stuff, some way to get a land into play in response to stuff (a different land from the animated land), and one heck of a Rube Goldberg timing diagram.

Thanks all. As I am starting to build Tezzerek Stax, then it is difficult to protect the planeswalker from being attacked. Ensnaring bridge is one tech, but it can't help if opponent use smaller critters and it stops me from using Tezzerek's ultimate too.
