Who is this Cavius guy? Why is he such a humungo joke within the Legacy community? Why do people mock him and his decks? I feel so out of the loop

If he thinks you are pro he will try to suck your dick. At a tournament once he met some guy named Rolend Cheng (not the one who won legacy champs) and just kept complimenting him.
