Anyone from here planning on going to Gencon?
Is anyone going to play in any non-magic events? if so which ones?
I am planning on attending Gencon
I will be playing in some Dominion Tournaments and probably buying a lot of stuff.
My friend and I are going this year.
This will be my first year going to GenCon and playing MTG (in previous years I played other stuff).
This will be my friend's first year going to GenCon at all.
Got my plane tickets, hotel & rental car booked, and just waiting for my GenCon 4 day pass now.
Anyone happen to know if we need to preregister for the Legacy events? I didn't see anything regarding that, so I'm assuming you can just show up for it.
If they're doing the Video Game Live concert again this year, I'll probably go again - it was pretty cool last year.
If all fairs well, I will be there with a big ol binder of altered art cards!
Also since it is 4 days, if you'd like to commission me, I will be painting in the hotel room! :D

If I go I will be playing in l5r worlds trying to represent Team Manlove our local team. I will most likely do alright like I always do and then get pissed off at the stupid tournament rules for l5r, if you go to time you and your opponent get 5 minutes to argue about who should win and if at the end of those 5 minutes if no one says the other wins you roll dice to determine the winner.

I know that me and my g/f and kid will be going. She hasn't been to something like this before so I hope she enjoys it.

I know I will be attending, but I don't know about playing in Legacy Champs even though I want to. My hotel room is being paid by me judging Magic at Gencon which may overlap.
