In if european people are allowed (hopefully yes).
They're a bit more rigid than the Source is, yes, but if you know that, there really shouldn't be any issue. It's not that hard to colour within the lines you know.
How do you get warned/banned? Are they not tolerant or what? Don't have an account there.

idk if this is the place to discuss policies on other fora but they're actually rather lenient as long as you aren't an idiot.
It took them a really long time to ban Cavius, for instance.
I think you have to pretty deliberately act like a knucklehead to get yourself banned at MtgSalvation.
Now, the TMD Legacy forums (back when they existed) were another matter.
Team Info-Ninja: Shhh... We don't exist.
What me, never I was the nicest person ever over there, I would never play in a major tournament against one of there mods and then come back and post about how bad he sucked since he played like a noob and went 0-3-0 drop. And then he tried to come back and say how well he played. Needless to say it went into a flaming war from there and in the next week I made 2 more accounts just to keep arguing my point.
That is very true. I was reading one of Cavius' threads over there and Finn jumped in and began giving him advice on a deck and cavius refused to listen. Finn proceeds to tell Cavius that he is a clown, and what seems like half of the site jumps to defend cavius. I would have made an account just to back Finn up and screw with Cavius, but the thread got locked.
