I think the meta would be fine if people played what they like more often than the perceived best deck. I can build Grixis Delver and Czech Pile, but I don't. Instead, I play DnT. It's fun for me. Reason why I built an Alpha/Beta/Jap foil only BRx Reanimator almost 2 years ago (see my previous posts) was to prove a point that you don't need Brainstorm to be the dominant deck. Six months later a primer was born and the deck was established.
I come here and LOL when I see calls for DRS and Chalice to be banned, cards the deck can easily fold against. I guess the saying is true, you really can't save those who don't want to be saved.

I don't think most people are seriously suggesting banning chalice; in a lot of cases, it's being used as a counterpoint to, "we should ban this other card because it's miserable," in the sense that, no, if ever there were a miserable card, it's chalice, and that doesn't need to be banned either, because we don't ban cards based on them being miserable.
That being said, you're probably right about "No Changes."

Hahaha, I appreciate what you're saying here, but I think the issue with that card isn't that it's miserable, it's that it's logistically untenable with respect to play space, tracking, etc. I more meant miserable in a, "subjectively unfun to experience" way (i.e., how some posters here feel about probe, others feel about deathrite shaman, and I personally feel about chalice).
I think it's time for Yawgmoth's Bargain to be unbanned.
