    Pox

    Pox

I feel bad not knowing this, and I can't seem to find any sites with specific rules per card. I know that if someone has 2 of something, then 1/3 of that is 2/3, which is rounded up to 1. If someone has 1 of something, do they sacrifice it? Basically, do you round 1/3 up to 1 for the purposes of Pox?

Each player loses a third of his or her life, then discards a third of the cards in his or her hand, then sacrifices a third of the creatures he or she controls, then sacrifices a third of the lands he or she controls. Round up each time.

That's the english meaning of "round up", yes.
“It's possible. But it involves... {checks archives} Nature's Revolt, Opalescence, two Unstable Shapeshifters (one of which started as a Doppelganger), a Tide, an animated land, a creature with Fading, a Silver Wyvern, some way to get a creature into play in response to stuff, some way to get a land into play in response to stuff (a different land from the animated land), and one heck of a Rube Goldberg timing diagram.
