I believe it'd be "Failure to Maintain Game State". If you notice your opponent making an illegal action (in this case, exiling the Duress), you're required to point it out.

Yeah. That's exactly what it would have been. I noticed the action, but didn't comprehend it as illegal until later when someone pointed it out.

Thanks! I agree about wanting Art/Enchantment removal main, but it's pretty hard to find room. Right now I'm thinking about -1 SFM -1 SoLS for +2 Pridemage, but I won't get to test it until Sunday.
