The only place in central/Northern I have heard about it The Only Game in Town (TOGIT) on Friday nights.

It seems like there are a few places in south Jersey which are a bit too far for regular weekly events.

Time Zone Gaming is talking about running events again for anyone in Centralish Jersey.

I'm currently located around pasadena and was wondering if there were any small legacy tournaments around for me to get back into it. I haven't really played for about 3-4 months since moving back from norcal.

    Thanks in advance!

    Re: Weekly 1.5 tournaments - Where's yours?

I'm only just getting back into the scene after a year-plus hiatus, but based on past experience and postings around the web, there are several options in SoCal. Hopefully some SoCal grinders will weigh in here, but here's a first pass at the options, admittedly from someone who seldom has time to attend:

    - Knight-Ware: You've probably heard of this shop, which is in Studio City. If you haven't, don't be fooled by the simplistic website (www.knight-ware.com). Lori runs great tournaments. About half are major $25 buy-in events, the other half are $10 store-credit affairs with smaller turnout. Their next tournament is this Sunday.

    - Majestix: (www.majestixccg.com) This very clean shop in Costa Mesa holds a legacy tournament every Saturday at 6 p.m. I've been only once--and it was to a mid-day tourny--but it was a well-run event. But awfully far south.

    - MTG Deals (whose website is slick, but doesn't seem to actually work): I haven't been to any of their events, but I've seen a lot of postings for their tournaments, which appear to be monthly. Like most of those mentioned, they post right here on the Source.

**P.S. Anyone interested in carpooling to Majestix this Saturday? I live in Ventura. I can drive or ride, just figure we'll split gas either way. I'm open to meeting up early to playtest.

Does anyone know of anywhere with weekly or monthly Legacy events in central Pennsylvania around Harrisburg? Or even just any Legacy events at all in that area.

They are trying to run legacy on Saturday afternoons on the first and third Satruday of the month starting in January. If it's sucessful, they very well might expand.

This area of NJ has no legacy, unless you drive an hour or more north west or south. Let's get something going, especially before SCG Edison in February.

I don't run these events or work for the store. Feel free to shoot me a message if you have any questions though and I will see what I can do.
