Lovisa is my personal general of choice. IMO, turning guys sideways, especially multiple times per turn, is the best part of magic :D

The deck uses a lot of cards like Relentless Assault to win very early. The deck is mostly just for fun, but suggestions are welcome! :)
"If you're playing Storm in Legacy, you need to believe that what your deck does is better than what their deck does."
Sword of Feast and Famine + Aggravated Assault = Infinite beats
I'd use more artifact mana and stuff like Wildfire and Destructive force to reset the board state since you're using a lot of cheap beaters. And more artifact mana would open you up to Spiraling Duelist
Also, with all of the quick dudes with vanishing and whatnot I'd consider greater gargadon - I know it doesn't fit with theme, but I think it's worth it. A few sac outlets is always a good plan and it opens you up to using stuff like Word of Seizing which is always good in EDH.
I also wouldn't be able to resist Kiki-Jiki. Some other options are:
Cunning Bandit
Zo-Zu the Punisher
Furystoke Giant
Vulshok Battlemaster
Boldwyr Intimidator
Hamletback Goliath
Lastly, you have basically no removal or interaction with your opponents (other than 4 land) - which can be pretty bad in EDH. Depending on how much self discard you run you could run Fiery Temper or Violent Eruption. But I'd at least include the following:
Reign of Chaos
Earthquake
Starstorm
Molten Disaster
