I will go over card choices but would really like to reach out to the guy who was streaming this deck originally. I would like to keep working on it. To be honest, I am typically not a force of will/tempo player and never got into delver decks, but this deck is strangely addictive for me. Anyone know the guy I am talking about? Or is this deck idea posted elsewhere?
I think this is the thread you're looking for?

That is indeed the thread where the deck is already being discussed
I am assuming the player who streamed it was ItIsUnfair, who is following the above thread. Unless someone else picked it up as well.
He's no longer on that version of the deck anymore, first evolving towards a white splash for STP/hatebears and later going a totally different direction with Nivmagus Elementals.
Awesome. Thanks.
