    [Casual Multiplayer] Discard.

Hello everyone. I'm playing with a pair of friends who pays casual magic in multiplayer. We play games with 4-6 people and they like to have "multplayer bombs involved."

An example: one of them plays both Kokusho, gravepact and Debtor's Knell in the same deck list. And another is cheating emrakul into play etc.

I said I would bring a discard deck next time we chose to play together and so far I've been looking at these cards:

    Lands:
    Leechridden Swamp

    Spells:
    Noxious Vapors
    Haunting Echoes

    Enchantmens:
    Bloodchief Ascension
    Words of Waste
    Liliana's Caress

    Creatures:
    Abyssal Nocturnus
    Sangromancer
    Avatar of Woe

    Draws:
    Dream Salvage

    Artifacts:
    Geth's Grimoire

    For 3v3:
    Revive the Fallen

I need alot more discard etc. And I could go splash blue or green. (telepathy seems evil in 4-6 multiplayer or 3v3. and green supports with burgeoning, Lord of Extinction and Maelstrom.

    Any ideas?

If it's super Casual, Memory Jar + Liliana's Caress has won me more than a small number of chaos games XD.

I run my deck Red/Black for things like Skullscorch and Burning Inquiry. It adds Terminate to the list as well as Blightning which is always fun.

Maybe I'll remake my discard deck XD.

If you're looking specifically for multiplayer applications, then cards like Liliana's Specter or Rotting Rats make all players discard a card when they come into play, and the rats even unearths.

Mindslicer is a pet card of mine that would likely be good in a deck like this, forces people to thinka bout global removal and allows you an out if you think someone is getting close to throwing down a chain of bombs, you can blow him up yourself. Necrogen Mists, Bottomless Pit, and Cunning Lethemancer (i think is the name of it?) are all symmetrical "everyone discards a card during their upkeep" effects for 3 mana that might be easily worth it... in a large game a turn 1 bloodchief, turn 2 caress, turn 3 bottomless pit is pretty brutal. At that point a topdecked Mind Crank or Mindslicer might be good game.

If you're going to be splashing, Mind Bomb is fun.

Dropping a Scandalmonger in multiplayer can be fun with some megrim effects out.
