    I've been working on this deck, with 65% proxies (Still in school :( so no money) and I'm not very versed in the Legacy Meta, so thats kinda where I need help, in that and fine tuning the deck for possible competitive play. Its based off the old miracle grow decks, and a RUG Delver deck I saw online somewhere. This is about version 4ish.

    Lands: 16
    Scalding Tarn x4
    Misty Rainforest x4
    Tropical Island x4
    Volcanic Island x2
    Island x1
    Mishra's Factory x1

    Card Draw:
    Ponder x4
    Brainstorm x4

    Tempo:
    Winter Orb x3
    Standstill x3
    Memory Lapse x3

    Counters:
    Force of Will x4
    Daze x4
    Stifle x4

    Creatures:
    Tarmogoylf x3
    Nimble Mongoose x2
    Delver of Secrets x4
    Quirion Dryad x3

    Burn:
    Lightning Bolt x4

    I wouldn't have put in stifle except that Wasteland is kinda annoying when you run so little land.

    Other cards I've tried, but I don't know how well they work in this deck, if you could give your two cents on what you think should make the cut, then that would be awesome:

    Impulse (was a little costly, and not synergistic with stuff)
    Fire / Ice (Really nice, but with its versatility it lacks power)
    Mana Leak (had to cut for stifle)
    Land Grant (it was this or a playset of scalding tarns, so its either life, or revealing your hand, which isn't something I love to do when i'm playing force of will and Daze.)
    Disrupt (haven't tried it, but I like the card advantage with counterspell)
    Any tips are welcome :)

    This strategy/deck is being optimized in the Tempo Thresh thread.
