    That's an article about standard
If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it's probably delicious.

I try to keep up on Standard in case I ever get to leave my house and actually participate in a real life game of MTG #newdad

So..I appreciate the article though I was a little disappointed as I thought this might have been a new Legacy deck idea.

Do you think this deck could be ported from Standard to Legacy in some way?

Re: [Article] Cook's Kitchen - UW Delver

Well, you could, but you would just be playing a much worse U/R Delver deck. In a blue aggro shell, red is way better than white I think.

I don't think it's morally correct to use the keep storming signiture in an article about standard legal creatures.

    1. Standard>Legacy.

    2. Decent enough article, though Invisible Stalker is trash and I don't know why people are playing it. Geist of St. Traft is the stone cold nuts, though.

IMO, Geist is the only reason to play UW.

For what it's worth, I'm pretty sure there's a video on here with Bryant (TES) vs. Jimirynk (Bant), where Bryant is asked what he's playing for standard.

His response was something like, "Nothing. I don't care about standard."

Mind you that's not a direct quote. It's somewhere in the TES thread.

Ah, yes. Because you are so good at Magic that you couldn't gain or grow from reading a measly Standard article. Grow up people.

To be fair, this is the "source for Legacy". No one's saying the article isn't worthwhile, just that perhaps The Source is the wrong audience for a Standard article.
