Is there an app or website where I can do goldfish a decklist? I'm always on the go and currently have limited access to cards.

Decked is great, and I use it on my iPhone. It allows you to search cards and prices, create and save decks and sideboards (and email them and trade the files), and also has a 'test' feature that you can use to goldfish. The $4 it costs on the app store is 100% worth it, and they have a free test version with just Zendikar loaded that you can use to try it out. It's updated as each new set comes out, and has a pretty slick and easy to use interface.
