I carry a bag full of Legacy decks with me everywhere I go, I try to keep it current with most of the top tier decks. I do try to stay away from non-interactive decks because I just don't enjoy to play them or against them it's just not fun.
The Suitcase 6/18
MUD (Welder less)
D&T
RUG-Delver
Burning Explorer Rock (Burning Nic-Fit)
Esper Stone Blade
Spiral Tide
Combo Elves (Mono Green)
Zoo (not quit 1 drop but fast Zoo with Goblin Guide)
I have enough duals and cards to build more but I'm undecided please help me give me a list of the 12 decks you think I should build.
Thanks in advance

I like the 8 you listed but you said you want 16, so the next 8 would be...
1. GOBLINS!
-Just won a SCG Open, super fun to play, doesn't use any cards that you're want to use in another deck. (My personal pet deck)
2. Reanimator
-Pick up yer 4 Griselbrands and do some broken shit.
3. Maverick
-Keeps showing up in top-8's and sometimes is the entire top-8.
4. Belcher
-I know you said you don't want non-interactive decks, but sometimes you only want to make 1 decision a game.
5. Burn
-Just cuz.
6. BUG Control
- I think this deck is horribly underplayed and looks like a ton of fun.
7. Miracle Control
- This Deck's building steam.
8. Dredge
-Cuz ya gotta have Dredge.
-Maverick
-Grixis
-Miracles
-Enchantress
All top my list Enchantress I have no idea why I want to build it. Miracles I've been reluctant to build even though its had a few good finishes I never hear anything good about it.

18th deck should always be Nourishing Lich. In Japanese Foil, can you do it?
The seven cardinal sins of Legacy:
1. Discuss the unbanning ofLand TaxEarthcraft.
2. Argue that banning Force of Will would make the format healthier.
3. Play Brainstorm without Fetchlands.
4. Stifle Standstill.
5. Think that Gaea's Blessing will make you Solidarity-proof.
6. Pass priority after playing Infernal Tutor.
7. Fail to playtest against Nourishing Lich (coZ iT wIlL gEt U!).
Agreed on Belcher and Maverick. Maverick is just good, while Belcher is a pretty good introductory combo deck.
Goblins and Elves are both nice because they don't share many cards with other decks, so they're easy to leave together.
I would go with U/R Delver over Burn personally, easy to pick up, but a lot more interactive.
Deadguy, Lands, Pox, and Enchantress are all pretty interesting decks, play style wise.
I think the biggest thing is the deep seeded emotional understanding that the right play is the right play regardless of outcomes. The ability to make a decision 5 straight times, lose 5 times because of it, and still make it the 6th time if it's the right play. - Jon Finkel
"Notions of chance and fate are the preoccupation of men engaged in rash undertakings."
I agree with what most everyone else is suggesting...
Some of these aren't so interactive, but I mean if putting together a gauntlet I think they're things one is likely to run into at events.
Maverick
Sneak and Show/Reanimator
Deadguy
Enchantress/Lands
Burn/UR Delver
Goblins
TES/ANT
Dredge
The briefcase should have bulletproof walls, most definitely with good steel edges in case you need to muck someone with it. The interior walls should have a mesh of metal for crush resistance in case you need to hold up a lowering security door ala The Thomas Crown Affair.
Ideally, in the seams, should also be small daggers in case you should ever need it. I'm pretty sure with all that, you should be able to get out of most situations. Plus, you could put 16 decks inside
-Matt
I scared to build any Show and Tell decks right now out of fear of it getting banned I could rebuild Reanimator though all the cards are just sitting in a binder except the Griselbands.
Wish the case was bullet proof and what not its just a semi fancy lunch box from Wal-Mart just happens to hold 16 Ultra Pro Mana Symbol deck boxes.

Affinity, Eva Green, Infecy/Berserk combo are all ones I would include.
"If you're playing Storm in Legacy, you need to believe that what your deck does is better than what their deck does."
It should include a battle of wits deck.

Is it really necessary that you carry all those decks around all the time?
Don't those stories about stolen bags scare you?

Necessary no but fun I have a few decks I love to play with and my pet deck D&T, but sometimes people want to play specific match ups and in always happy to help.
As far as scared about them getting stolen yes I'm terrified when I go to events I always bring 1 extra person just to watch my stuff and I buy them food & drinks and what not for the weekend.
Edit: Also I'll be adding DGA this week, and Macerick by next week.

If I'm not playing a tournament, in which case I'd have one deck, I'd just proxy everything. Walking around with, say, $10k in a suitcase is retarded.
Retarded is strong, but shrug. Some people like to Cube (I'm one), or have extra packs around to draft, I carry enough decks around that if me and my friends want to run a gauntlet or tournament we can its always a blast. Also if you think just carrying my deck case around which is easily over 10k then knowing that I also have a rolling case($150) suitcase with another $10k of cards.
Updates to the deck case:
#1. Zoo (updated a lot Mary Jacobson's list)
#2. Mono Blue Fish
#3. Mono Brown MUD
#4. BG NicFit - Explorer Rock
#5. UW Stoneblade
#6. Grixis Delver
#7. Death & Taxes (nearly all pimped my pet deck)
#8. GW Combo Elves (updated to Caleb Durward's current list)
#9. SpiralTide (hate this deck so unfun for everyone)
#10. Aggroloam (love this deck)
#11. Deadguy Ale
Have room for 1 more but not sure what, leaning toward Mavrick, or UR Painter.

Show and Tell won't get banned because of any cards that are out now. It came out the gate with a bang but has since fizzled. People weren't running the cards that were good against it, now they are and it has absolutely killed the deck. I wouldn't say any strong card will NEVER be banned especially Show and Tell, but it looks safe for now and when people stop slinging the cards that are currently keeping it down over time it may become playable again in short bursts ALA Dredge.
