Thanks !
There is no knowledge that it not power.
Do you know the metagame for that tournament? That's the best thing you can do to decide your deck.
PS:
I prefer the Miracle but not your list. Between both I would call for BUG.
Out of both list, they have similar power. I will refrain from going too deep into card choice but why standstill and no counter balance?
Both decks also require solid familiarity, is there one you are better with?
I just don't like playing with counterbalance that much. I'm playing factories and they go very well with standstill and terminus.
As far as familiarity with both decks goes, i'm doing very well with both. I play since 1994 and i understand the game quite well.
I'm going into an unknown metagame. I assume the meta will be more towards aggro than combo or control.

I'd roll with BUG Tempo, though I'd definitely try to fit Hymn into that list somewhere. Is it just me trying to throw Entomb into everything or would it be decent in there? It finds Loam, Dark Blast, Wasteland for when you already have Loam, and interacts well with Snapcaster.
Luck is a residue of design.

Expect me or die. I play SI.
Agree with Hymn. Honestly, the strongest BUG lists that are running hot right now (in the creature version of the decks, ie. TA) are running 4 snaps 4 goys, so you might consider pulling delvers to add hymns. Delver can be occasionally underwhelming when you don't have reach (see: red) to back it up.
Play BUG, it just works and it's more fun And I'm favorably biased towards decks that win fast.
