If Ichorid is sacrificed to Dread Return as a part of the Flashback cost, can Dread Return target the same Ichorid in order to return it to play or is there a delay in Ichorid reaching the graveyard after it's been sacrificed?
As part of casting a spell , first you declare the target and then you pay the cost. See article 601 of the Comprehensives Rules.
So you can't target this Ichorid since it is not yet in the graveyard.
