Hi all,
I'd like to make a deck concentrating on Winter Orb.
Is this card a playable option in Legacy, and if so, are there any decks that play it?
What other cards should I consider playing with this card as must-have's?

While testing UW Miracles on Cockatrice, I encountered some RUG Delver decks sideboarding Winter Orb... It was pretty annoying :)

Too bad Winter Orb got castrated a few years back, it was a sweet lock piece.
