Again, you cannot ditch Cabal Therapy as it is the only way to get rid of a combo piece in your hand. Or do you want to just loose if this happens or play with Thoughtseize to avoid those situations??? The combo is very well explained in the thread as is the reasoning behind the cardchoices. Just take your time reading the thread and goldfishing the deck A LOT. It will teach you why the cards are present.
Went 3-1 yesterday and only playd 1 therapy and only needed it once, but shure we need it :) and I played a single ingot chewer was great :)
How much disruption did ya play and what were your matchups

i understand it can't beat a leyline of sanctity game 2 or 3, but if they have it game 2 just go for the hexdepths kill instead.
it's not objectively better (the list in general), but for the most part the turn 1(unprotected) aspect is just as high and it has some more consistency in case you need to combo twice.

not necessarily. they still need the force on turn 1.
you can still play through several counters. if they counter you on turn 1 and can stabilize (or generally if they keep out an active deathrite shaman) you're in trouble. otherwise there's a good chance if you resolve a sylvan library you can draw your way out.
i guess you probably just need to notate your matches vs blue decks and count how often the pact/chancellor has actually won you games. if it's a very high amount and you're happy with the list then keep them.
i like having 4 chancellor of the tangle to help get to 4 mana easier.
you can also keep hands like
chancellor + mox + sylvan
i like it more b/c the deck really loses to itself more often than losing to FoW.
(i still need to test if an urborg is worth playing. if so i'd probably cut a stage.)

Today I test garna list (no cabal therapy main deck)
4 street w
4 undercity
4 balustrade
4 narcomoeba
4 simian
4 elvish
1 cantor
1 garna
1 maniac
4 dark ritual
4 cabal ritual
4 pact of negation
4 summoning pact
1 dread return
4 Mox
4 lotus petal
4 manamorphose
4 gitaxian
Side
4 Belcher
4 led
4 spoils of vault
3 rite of flame
4 1 in league w vs miracle, bug delver, elf, reanimator... Lose vs eldrazi.
i think you should still run a singleton therapy. maybe 2? it seems pretty risky that if you have garna or dread return in hand you just lose. you can also consider a singleton phantasmagorean, but it's still probably just worse than a singleton therapy.
especially with 4 wraith, 4 probe, 4 manamorphose...the odds of you hitting garna or dread return will catch up with you over time.

Today 5 0 on mtgo (garna list)
Next time I write list /link
W vs grixis 2 1, team America 2 0, miracle 2 0, dredge 2 1, reanimator ub 2 0
4 /5 blue deck...very happy
that's great, can you also list how many leagues you've played in? just trying to get an estimate of how likely the 5-0 is. (can also list the number of times 4-1, as that's pretty challenging to do as well).
