If i make a thespian stage copy a glimmerpost, I gain life equal to the number of locusts + the stage itself correct? Also, can i recopy something such as a glimmerpost every turn, even though it already is a glimmerpost, triggering new etb triggers?

Thespian Stage does not copy a land when it enters, so any EtB triggers will be missed. The opportunity to copy would only become available after the land has entered. Copying a land does not re-trigger EtB triggers. That occurs only when the card/token enters the first time.
