I've changed my mind, these Slivers are perfect. And they should all be played with each other; Tempest Slivers, Legions Slivers, Time Spiral Slivers, m14 Slivers, all of them.
I shall build this deck, and I shall create a special playmat to be played solely with this deck, based on the artwork below:
And if anyone gets the joke during the match while I am playing them, I will reward their keen intellect by scooping.
I get it.
That is so awesome - I love it!!!
Of course, we don't talk about it with outsiders

I think the biggest thing is the deep seeded emotional understanding that the right play is the right play regardless of outcomes. The ability to make a decision 5 straight times, lose 5 times because of it, and still make it the 6th time if it's the right play. - Jon Finkel

This is so awful.
Slivers got me into the game about 10 years ago.
They were a unique tribe with swarm characteristics that were just soo damn awesome when you had 3 or more in play.
Survival of the Fittest just broke it for me and i loved my sliverdeck in so many ways.
Now they are shitty Predators.
I think i'm going to puke.

Got tired of Legacy and you like drafts? Try my Paupercube What?
Not sure if this is the correct thread but:
It is apparently the Duals of the Planeswalkers promo also. This is good for Modern and will be powerful in Standard... Not so good for my wallet though :(
Seriously. I imagine most people who want them for Legacy already have them and two printings like this, mythic or not (pic is fuzzy so it's a little hard to tell), three printings is gonna drop its price a bit or at least stabilize for awhile with it in Standard then plummet a bit after it rotates out.
Main deck: Maverick
Secondary decks: High Tide // Affinity
MTGO decks: Affinity
This is a really good reprint! Its now legal in modern as an alternative to goyf, counters said goyf as well as DRS, and is now going to available in Korean.
Also good in Std vs Reanimatot decks. Good riddance Unburial Rites/Snapcaster Mage.

Price is going to plummet.
SCG already has Ooze at $19.99 and then you consider that's going to be the pricier version. It's going to be a promo AND going to be in the next set (core set at that). Even if it's a Mythic promo this means it's effectively rare. I don't see Ooze going anywhere past the $20 price range anytime soon even if it is heavily played.
Great for everyone, except the few people who thought they were smart hoarding them. Ooze is going to be a great card in Standard and Modern and has already shown it's strength in Legacy.
It also mean Tarmogoyf is going to be cheaper than ever post MM & M14, since this is effectively conditionally better than a Goyf in some Modern decks, especially in an era of heavy DRS play. DRS makes Goyf worse, but Ooze makes both DRS and Snapcaster worse as well as hosing Pod combo, which is probably healthy for Modern (since otherwise they'd probably ban Pod eventually for being the best deck at some point knowing WOTC).

Don't disrespect my dojo dude...
Sweep the leg!
Russian Scavenging Ooze? Don't mind if I do.
I have 4 Oozes already, and I'm not sad it's being reprinted. Good staple-type card only available in a boxed set? Fuck that.
Card will be good in modern, but isn't GSZ banned in Modern, meaning you'd need to play more than one or two, which makes it somewhat bad already?

I've been looking forward to this: http://mixedknuts.wordpress.com/2013/05/14/729/
“It's possible. But it involves... {checks archives} Nature's Revolt, Opalescence, two Unstable Shapeshifters (one of which started as a Doppelganger), a Tide, an animated land, a creature with Fading, a Silver Wyvern, some way to get a creature into play in response to stuff, some way to get a land into play in response to stuff (a different land from the animated land), and one heck of a Rube Goldberg timing diagram.”

I enjoy the cut of this blogger's jib.
"This looks like a Phyrexian Obliterator fell into a bag of ketchup chips and got really mad. The face, with all the softness and expression of an uncracked walnut, adds the now-expected stone nothing. Oh, and he’s got dreadlocks because he’s a Sliver."

Most likely too expensive for Legacy, but would be interesting with DRS, Ooze and Jitte.
Edit: I just realized: This + Spike Feeder = infinite life and creature pump
