    Also it is more highly played in legacy as well if I am not mistaken.

    Question: Where is Tarn above Misty Rainforest? TCG and SCG have both at basically the same exact price

    RUG with no basics doesn't really care if it's Tarn or Misty, heck RUG can run even nonblue fetches if it wants. But there are lot of other decks that like Tarn more than Misty.

    U/R decks are more widely played, in all formats, than U/G.

    U/R Sneak and Show, U/R Delver, Grixis Control (in vintage), UWR miracles in legacy. All play Tarn over Misty.
