My friend was about to start playing Omnitell because he got bored of Delver decks. If he wants to stay on the Omni-tell plan does he just go to old Enter the Infinite lists? I was thinking of some janky fun Leyline of Anticipation + Day's Undoing shenanigans.

why cards are so expensive...hoarders
For those interested in salvaging the deck in this same basic form, I think it's possible. It certainly won't be as good, but why would the following not work to replace the four Digs:
-up to 4 Cunning Wishes and include an Intuition, Fact or Fiction or Gifts Ungiven as a target in the board to continue the chain on the stack
- add 1-3 Intuition
- add Personal Tutor
- add one or more Fact or Fiction or Gifts Ungiven
I recognize these aren't going to rise to the same power level as Dig, but that's not the question. The question is do these cards continue to make the shell better than Sneak and Show? The card advantage with all the cantrips would still be there with Fact or Fiction and / or Gifts Ungiven.
This makes discard more effective again, meaning Leylines probably are a good bet for the sideboard
Its time to go back to Academy Rector + Therapy ...

I'm personally not interested in salvaging the deck. I loved the power and consistency of DTT Omnitell. It played so smooth. I'm going to switch to either Sneak & Show or ANT for faster combo instead if I can't have the same consistency.
RIP Mono-U Omnitell
So I was waiting to post this until after the GP since this special sauce was all tricked out, but seeing as that's not going to happen any more...
Over the last 3 months this list has: $700 in prize winnings, only finished out of the money in 1 event, 63-11 in Comp REL games...
I present to you 4 Color Omni
2 Underground Sea
1 Volcanic Island
1 Tundra
4 Island
3 Polluted Delta
3 Flooded Strand
2 Scalding Tarn
2 City of Traitors
3 Thoughtseize
2 Spell Pierce
4 Force of Will
4 Brainstorm
4 Ponder
4 Preordain
3 Gitaxian Probe
1 Lim-Dul's Vault
4 Dig Through Time
4 Show and Tell
4 Omniscience
2 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
3 Cunning Wish
3 Monastery Mentor
3 Sudden Shock
2 Pyroblast
2 Boseiju, Who Shelters All
1 Firemind's Foresight
1 Elmdari's Call
1 Wipe Away
1 Flusterstorm
1 Release the Ants
Nice list. It was pretty close to the list I had been playing, -red. I played a Boseiju in the maindeck so I could find it with LDV. I also played a LDV over Emrakul #2 because LDV was more useful pre-combo, and the deck only ever really lost to not finding Show and Tell. I was very happy with the deck. I expect I'll move back to Enter the Infinite again. I liked my Ub list there, and an Esper List with mentor sounds good to me.
I'll probably move back to my Trickbind + Intuition configuration with a mix of Thoughtseize and Mentors in the sideboard. I'll probably cut Emrakul entirely, so that I can optimize the kill around Wish for R&D.

Is it worth it to bring a few Young Pyromancer against 4-Color Loam or the Through the Breach plan is sufficient?
This and this.
Omnitell is certainly playable without DTT, but not being able to go off as reliably as an instant is relevant in a scenario where the opponent drops hate off our SnT (especially post-SB) and we don't have a Cunning Wish in hand. Furthermore, Burning Wish Sorcery sideboard cuts into our Cunning Wish and red splash sideboard space. Additionally, we are likely to be running additional cards which are dead pre-combo compared to DTT builds.
I expect a significant decline in MD Emrakuls in the format, without as significant decline in blue decks or combo decks. If I had a set of Imperial Recruiters, I would be sleeving them as we speak and giggling maniacally.
of course is playable without DTT, but now is a Tier 2.
Sneak & Show is probably better now.
honestly not ready to play again Dream Halls or 4 Enter the infinite again. i will prefer switch do Sneak
this deck still Instant win with a single Cunning Wish after SnT-Omni.
If they give the format back Mystical Tutor this deck comes back to tier 1
If going off as an instant is what you want, 4x Cunning Wish + the old splash for black for Lim-Dul's Vault is an option. Although that causes card disadvantage, requires life as a resource, and also requires an instant cantrip in hand (Brainstorm, Quicken, Peek, Opt). That's a whole bunch of downsides compared to DTT, making many players choose Intuition instead.
UR niche cards to consider: Quicken, Overmaster, Burning Wish, Petals of Insight (B.Wish target)
I think Dream Halls is worth it, but if you didn't, you might play 4 Wish and then 3 Firemind's Foresight maindeck with some number of Lim-Dul's Vaults. You can still kill at instant speed all the time like this, you just will have to give up using Dream Halls to make FF work without ETI.

There's also the option of UGx with Bring to Light into SnT, and/or Eureka. Which would allow Carpet of Flowers, Xantid Swarm (and Seedtime) in the SB. Which kind of makes me wonder whether Carpet of Flowers ramp into Bring to Light would be viable post-SB. Hmm. I suppose this would encourage running Ancestral Vision as a post-Omnitell Bring to Light target.
Rough first draft:
Land (18)
2x Ancient Tomb
1x Bayou
2x City of Traitors
2x Island
4x Misty Rainforest
4x Polluted Delta
2x Tropical Island
1x Underground Sea
Enchantment (4)
4x Omniscience
Creature (2)
2x Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
Instant (16)
4x Brainstorm
4x Cunning Wish
2x Flusterstorm
4x Force of Will
1x Spell Pierce
1x Split Decision
Sorcery (20)
2x Ancestral Vision
3x Bring to Light
3x Gitaxian Probe
4x Ponder
4x Preordain
4x Show and Tell
Sideboard (15)
4x Carpet of Flowers
1x Eladamri's Call
1x Firemind's Foresight
2x Massacre
1x Release the Ants
1x Seedtime
1x Trickbind
1x Wipe Away
3x Xantid Swarm
Bright To Light has the same problem that Enter the Infinite does w.r.t. not winning at instant speed. I'm also unconvinced that paying 3UG to draw 3 is good. Bright to Light does double up your Show and Tells for the same price as Burning Wish cast the same turn, so that's at least worth thinking about.
