If it helps at all, I think it has something to do with how the software on the server authenticates a user's session. I had a Source thread open on my work laptop from home, and when I got to work the next day & tried to click the next page of the thread, the 403s started and NOTHING I did (clear cookies/cache, restart browser, restart machine) could bring up any pages. Another datapoint for you, although I am behind a firewall here.
Working again from my home internet and my IP did not change, so looks like the site's host must have fixed the issue.
Thanks to the admins for working on this, really appreciate it.

Yes, a definite thanks to the Admin for getting this one fixed!
The seven cardinal sins of Legacy:
1. Discuss the unbanning ofLand TaxEarthcraft.
2. Argue that banning Force of Will would make the format healthier.
3. Play Brainstorm without Fetchlands.
4. Stifle Standstill.
5. Think that Gaea's Blessing will make you Solidarity-proof.
6. Pass priority after playing Infernal Tutor.
7. Fail to playtest against Nourishing Lich (coZ iT wIlL gEt U!).
