We should have 1 week to prepare and gather publicity!
The seven cardinal sins of Legacy:
    1. Discuss the unbanning of Land Tax Earthcraft.
    2. Argue that banning Force of Will would make the format healthier.
    3. Play Brainstorm without Fetchlands.
    4. Stifle Standstill.
    5. Think that Gaea's Blessing will make you Solidarity-proof.
    6. Pass priority after playing Infernal Tutor.
    7. Fail to playtest against Nourishing Lich (coZ iT wIlL gEt U!).

Each player should choose a deck from the new and developmental decks section for their opponent to play.

Im fine with everyone choosing whatever pile that they would like. I mean sure some people will always choose the same deck, but Sometimes we may get to see some crazy shit

I suggest presenting decklists here beforehand ... playing against tailormade SB's for a single Showdown is a joke.

Regarding deck makeup, it has to be the 75 you would play at GP:Global with 0 byes

    Re: Grudge Match Organization

    This idea is fucking fantastic.

I'd love to see top players of each respective deck duking it out, e.g. Thomas Enevoldsen with D&T vs. Bryant Cook with TES etc.

Too often, those top players are too far apart to meet IRL.

No tournament fatigue, no bullshit, just high quality Magic right of the bat.

Could also be a great way to teach new players ways to play a specific match-up, too. Bonus points if both players could make a commentary on their plays and then it gets put together to one video, similiar to something like this.

Right beforehand yeah I would like that. I agree. Or if someone wants to be a coordinator then PM them the lists.

We could also do polls nominating two people to go head-to-head, maybe a "Which two Sourcers would you like to see duke it out this month/week?" kind of deal.

Some Sourcers are family fathers/mothers or running a biz. I would bet a whole lot of members barely have time to make it to tournaments, not to talk about extensive play-sessions

I think this would be interesting. Maybe like Lemnear said, some can't do it, and people can put their name into a "hat" and either get pulled randomly, or a vote between the people who put their name into consideration

    Re: Grudge Match Organization

We could set up weekly polls where we first vote the deck we'd like to see to duke it out (e.g. the Top 2 decks have to play against each other OR we vote a second time for the second deck), then we can vote on the pilots we want to see playing said decks in the next poll, assuming those players are willing/have time.

The only thing this video Remonds me about is how good my switch from Terminus to MB Pyroclasm was xD

I would prefer real commentators (ones who know the decks) rather than players talking somehow. :/

I don't know what this is but I'm not surprised at all that user Rock Lee got in an internet argument over something

Deal Sourcers, let's get this recorded.

Let's teach the world that there's more to Legacy than RUG and BUG.
I am convinced that WotC is "dumbing" the game because of all the stupid posts they come across on MTG-related forums
