Derevi, Empyrial Tactician and Prophet of Kruphix

Quick question about combat damage triggers and the stack.

Let's say you have Derevi, Empyrial Tactician, Prophet of Kruphix and Gilded Lotus in play and you have a 9 CC creature in hand. You successfully attack with Derevi and Prophet. My question is how do the triggers work at this point? Do they all go off simultaneously due to how combat damage works so that any permanent can only be targeted once or does each trigger go on the stack allowing you to tap and untap Lotus multiple times and cast your 9 CC creature?

Re: Derevi, Empyrial Tactician and Prophet of Kruphix

Derevi: ... Whenever Derevi, Empyrial Tactician enters the battlefield or a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may tap or untap target permanent. ...

Prophet of Kruphix: ... You may cast creature cards as though they had flash.

Gilded Lotus: {T}: Add three mana of any one color to your mana pool.

Derevi's trigger is "whenever... a creature you control deals combat damage to a player". This will trigger for each creature that deals combat damage. The triggers happen all at the same time, so you then choose what they target as you put them on the stack, and what order they go on in the stack in. Each trigger then resolves individually, and you can tap Gilded Lotus between trigger resolutions.
“It's possible. But it involves... {checks archives} Nature's Revolt, Opalescence, two Unstable Shapeshifters (one of which started as a Doppelganger), a Tide, an animated land, a creature with Fading, a Silver Wyvern, some way to get a creature into play in response to stuff, some way to get a land into play in response to stuff (a different land from the animated land), and one heck of a Rube Goldberg timing diagram.
