Moat and Peacekeeper will always be bad in a world with Griselbrand.
Each combo deck (but Storm) plays 4. They draw 14 cards and tutor the removal for whatever we're talking about and, then, they swing.
Humility and Phyrexian Revoker are good because they stop this.
And, an early Phyrexian Revoker on Sneak Attack, leaves the poor SneakShow player alone with Show and Tell that lets us to resolve Ensnaring Bridge and Humility for free.
Those matchups are often win like this. An early Needle on Sneak Attack and then a later hate kept in hand for when you see a Show and Tell
Peacekeeper isn't that great against Elves! It does nothing to stop the draw engines, meaning they'll just fill up the board and Abrupt Decay the Peacekeeper just before they Craterhoof you to oblivion. When drawing anywhere from 3 to the remainder of their library cards per turn, odds are an Abrupt Decay is found pretty quickly.
