It was needled. Revoker was on Skull. He's lucky it didn't matter.

SCG commentators creaming over BBD's play of upkeep SFM activation for batterskull in resp flip top -> terminus, when he could have done that in resp to living weapon trigger on his opponents eot instead for waiting for his own turn

^Tough luck for Shahar. He wins that one with a swing from the Mirran Crusader that he played the turn prior. No reason to hold back and not to swing with it as he overcommitted to the board already, and have Revoker on Top anyway, so only way for BBD to Terminus is on his normal draw step, which prevents any swing back from BBD's Batterskull.

I enjoyed watching that match and I loved the commentators comment "BBD, the man that will not die!"

I sure wish he would. I wish the leaderboard had more staunch competition.

Rooting for Jadine against Todd Anderson in the finals, but she's missing free "scrys" with Delver + Fetchlands.

Naturally none of them made top 4.

After watching that, my life is definetly complete. I can die in peace. That's the most embarassing bad play i ever seen. Worse than any karakas-bouncing-jitte attempt, worse than any bolt-on-2/3-goyf-without-istant-in-grave attempt, worse than any attempt i could imagine.

Thank you SCG for covering lame-boy Anderson with Deathblade for the 1928231 time and ignoring the 2 Dredge decks and MUD in the Top8.

I heard rumors about Breakthrough drawing 4 cards but I suppose they are fake.

Nope, just bad. Who ever heard of a blue sorcery. That's just bad.

Actually, I was pretty happy this time. There were some really intense and well played matches, the commentary was awesome. The general level of this stream, be it play or feature the games was imho very high, something rarely seen :)

Hey, we saw the MUD deck twice in the run-up and we saw Shardless Bant, for a change. And The Boss was playing his usual Legacy fare, murdering Delvers left, right and centre. I'd call that a good day's work.

That Shardless Bant deck was pretty pimpin'

However, I couldn't help but think how much better Bant is suited to TNN/SFM/Noble Hierarch strategies.

They just showed Anderson because of the name. Everyone has seen that match hundreds of times if you don't watch/play Legacy very often, or thousands if you even remotely follow Legacy. I wish that they showed literally any of the other quarter final matches as they aren't match-ups seen every day, at least not in the top tables, let alone top 8.

    Thanks.

Anyone else been having major trouble with Twitch recently? Especially on the iPad app? Mine has been constantly laggy since I updated the app. Bummer as I miss bouncing around between Legacy streamers in the late night daily.
