Very happy to see Carsten back.

Although there were still some decent articles, the number of quality articles of interest to me on SCG dropped off severely when he took a break.

    Welcome back, Cotter.

    There. It is done.
    Someone had to say it.
"Anyone who is capable of getting themselves made President should on no account be allowed to do the job."
"Politicians are like diapers. They should be changed often and for the same reason."
"Governing is too important to be left to people as silly as politicians."
"Politicians were mostly people who'd had too little morals and ethics to stay lawyers."

Thanks a lot, happy to know I was missed. From now on I'll remember to put up a post for the articles myself again, too ;)

@Finn: is that series at least any good? ;)

Oh, the show. Heck, I dunno. It is from the 70s.

It was decent. I caught re-runs growing up.

Much has been made of the lack of SnT representation (particularly in the US) due to the (relative) explosion of DnT over the last 6-9 months. While DnT does present some very natural foils to SnT, I really think the fear is a bit overblown and I would expect SnT to pick up steam (especially at smaller local-level events.)
Check out my Legacy UBTezz Primer. Chalice of the Void: Keeping Magic Fair.

Most of the 'Ban brainstorm!' arguments are based on the logic that 'more different cards should get played in Legacy', as though the success or health of the format can be measured by the portion of cards that are available and see play. This is an idiotic metric.
