A very rough list, but an idea to go off of. I just think that Dack Fayden + Goblin Welder is super sick. Thopter Foundry would also be a possible combo, but that would require an additional color (adding black offers Baleful Strix and Tezz 2.0, while white offers Stoneforge Mystic).

Obviously not perfect. Probably not even good, or even as good as a deck of this type could get (particularly in terms of lands, I can never get those right). Still, all the interactions seem like a lot of fun. Even found room for a singleton Liquimetal Coating, which is far from a dead card.

I haven't read much about the set or if this card has been confirmed. But the pixel quality and set symbol on this are incredibly low res, looks like a shop job to me (done by an amateur).

I'd say that counts as confirmation. The set symbol really just looks that odd.
