The only benefit of living in central Pennsylvania: I can make it to virtually everything. Hours from everything, but hours from anything. I'll be at both =)

    Re: GP New Jersey

Probably going to the GP. Wife and I have a dozen or so old friends in NYC, so we're thinking of heading up for a week, and I'll just go down to Jersey for the afternoon. Usually doesn't take me too long to go x-3 so it's not like it will cut into the vacation much.
I think the biggest thing is the deep seeded emotional understanding that the right play is the right play regardless of outcomes. The ability to make a decision 5 straight times, lose 5 times because of it, and still make it the 6th time if it's the right play. - Jon Finkel

    Re: GP New Jersey

There's a good chance I'll be heading to the GP since my permanent address is still in Dirty Jerz so I won't have to pay for a hotel. I'll be coming down from Ohio with some MtG friends probably. Can't wait to meet some of you cool peeps!

EDIT: In response to the OP's other question about a community meeting, I'm all for some sort of official or unofficial gathering of source members.

So here the question: Who of you guys is going to the GP?

Do we make some kind of a community meeting?

    See you there!

I will probably be at the GPizzle with a few of my nizzles. I don't have the source playmat, but I'm down for some kind of meetup with sourcerers.

I'm hoping to make it out to this. Would be my first Legacy GP. Not sure when I should start searching for plane tix. Would also be cool to meet fellow sourcers!

Also headed down from Toronto with some friends. I'll go even if the ride falls through and I have to hitchhike. I'll go even if I have to walk.

For what it's worth, we do plan on having sanctioned Vintage events at GP: New Jersey! (Can't give out any more details than that at this time, but wanted to float that out there :)
