Matchups analysis:
Delver.dec
Even or slightly positive.
Except for Delver, they don't have any threat to fly over our Walls. Goyf can be stalled forever until GSZ finds a final stop. Decks packing Tombstalker might be a bit more daunting, but they'll be still pretty slow due to the fetchland etbtapped, land etbtapped TWs.
Decay is a major pain - not so much RUG's Bolts - but we have far too many targets to get rid of, moreover see the above note on Root Maze; by the time they'd be able to get rid of our lock, it's quite possible there'd be another part already assembled.
Burn
Even or slightly, very slightly unfavorable.
They're pretty fast and somehow unaffected by Maze, otoh, the're having major problem to get any dmg through the Walls, so it's up to the burn package to finish us. With their inabiltiy to stop back-breaking GSZ for angel, though...
Shardless BUG / RUGb Waterfalls
Unfavorable.
Note that their CA might swing the mu in their favor. We got too few tools to fight it, and a well placed Hymn may spell doom. Moreover, PFire exist and it may get rid of Angel lock and/or finish us once the ground is clogged.
Miracles
Slightly unfavorable.
They play a bit less fetchlands than usual Legacy decks, but that's not about it, the real trouble is Terminus setting us back.. and back... and back... The real hope lies in "Root Maze, go, Suppression Feild, go" openings that conveniently stop their mana and SDT safety button. No lands = no miracles.
Engine combo
Unfavorable.
They got discard, fast clock, they don't exactly care of their lands, as Storm can operate on one mana. Then again, BS (or cantrips at all) need the fetchlands, and Root Maze turns Lotus Petals into "non-storm artifacts". Note that LED doesn't need to be tapped for its effect and be ready to lose to PiF. There are twelve cardss in our sb to fight this mu, so...
Elves!
Deeeh-pends....
Basically they're too fast, yet too small. They won't be dealing any early dmg through the Walls, the Hoof-kill might be absorbed by angel, they play whopping two basics and lots of fetches, so even though this is The Mana Deck, they might struggle in first few turns. Expect to be overrun by Craterhoof Behemoth at some point in the game from which moment they might press with the mere 1/1s as most of the Walls should die heroically while stopping the horde.
UWR Delver
[tbd]
As with any blue deck, they may sometimes stifle your game by simply countering the first "mana source" - be it LP or LG -, and then take over the game with beats. Address this liability by tight pilotage.
Sneak Show / Omni Tell
Unfavorable.
Sneak Show is affected a bit more, as it needs quite some mana to operate and by the time they'd cheat the nameske card, Suppression Field might be active. Don't expect that it'll matter that much... SnT->Emmy is a ticket to frowntown, yeah. Things happen, you cannot win them all.
Omni Tell is much more annoying, as they're not that affected by the lock and they can simply lay the lands, lay the pieces, win from there.
Try to hit them fast and hard. And remember: Terastodon is not a card they'd love to see.
DnT
Even.
Their mana deprivation won't affect us much, and their creatures are miserable in face of Walls. Frankly, once they got an equipment out, every creature of theirs turns into a mini-Abyss. Otoh, Jitte's activations should be suppressed and Baterskull can be ignored until the very last moment. Watch out for any Mangara, Vial, Flickerwisp tricks.
There's an idea of a transformational sb floating around:
4 Altar of Dementia
4 Righteousness
4 Glyph of Destruction
3 Berserk
I don't recommend this sb tactics.
Why are you playing land tax with 2 basics? In fact I don't get why you are even calling guile and tax an engine. Tax/rack, that's an engine that draws cards at least. In fact for your purposes sylvan library is an engine on its own.
Play parfait. First!
The Parfait Meta-Game
Is Sylvan Library an acitvated ability? No. Therefore, it's not affected by Suppression Field.
As for suggestions:
Drop the IMS cards (Mox and Petal), as well as the Land Grants and get more basics in - I'd be looking at a minimum of six of each, and up the Savannah count by at least 1. I'd also consider additional removal, such as Oblivion Ring in the maindeck. I'd also like to recommend the usage of Enlightened Tutor, although that's less useful.
I definitely see the need for more basics, you wanna have some use of the Tax. I'd be tempted to play Scroll Rack, but it's a bit clunky card. IDK...
Also, SupField kinda hoses it. Maybe Sylvan Library is the best, or even a 1/1 split of Guile/Library as the first one is cheaper, while the second one may be used aggresively.
Instead of the crappy Petals and such, I'd use Mox Diamonds. You may throw the taxed lands into them, and although you won't be able to play them turn1 too often, you'll getthem online once Tax triggers and ever since then you may keep your land count low while not struggling with your own mana.
Why Eidolon of Blossoms over Enchantress? 4 mana vs 2 mana shroud seems like an easy choice.
I like your deck idea. What about playing Aegis of Honor, Leyline of Sanctity against Burn?
What about something like Propaganda?
