Having those red cards versus certain Wasteland decks is a big deal.

Not running a Plateau was probably a mistake, though.

Congrats, Jarvis! Thanks for the tournament report. Looks like Jeskai/UWR has had a really good couple of weeks.

It's strange that I've never noticed the second Bridge trigger triggers off of any creature, token and nontoken alike. Guess I haven't played or played against enough Dredge.

Nice mugshot (hah hah see what I did there?) with the milkshake, too.

I've had the pleasure of killing bridges from below in Rav/TPF standard in mirrors even with a leyline of the void in play.

notably, you can get around an opposing Leyline of the Void by having a token briefly hit the graveyard to kill their bridges.

This used to come up with Llanowar Mentor + Nantuko Husk.

Thanks for the congratulations...and the pun =P

Isn't that what the mobile/portable toilet says? Or are you referring to the indoor bathrooms?

Funny story about that; the women's restrooms were quite available all weekend. At one point a girl wearing an extremely short, translucent dress (mind you it was like 20 degrees outside) started chatting with me, giggling, "Tee hee isn't it so nice being a girl at a Magic tournament?? We get the restrooms all to ourselves!"

Admittedly it was nice, but I'm 99% positive she wasn't there primarily to play Magic.

Hang out in the women's restroom next time. Like the VIP lounge, but free.
