If I draw an instant, can I play this freshly drawn instant still during my draw phase, before the start of the mainphase?
Thanks in advance!
Players can cast spell during the draw step before switching to the first main phase. However, it has to happen after drawing the card.

504. Draw Step
504.1. First, the active player draws a card. This turn-based action doesn't use the stack.
504.2. Second, any abilities that trigger at the beginning of the draw step and any other abilities that have triggered go on the stack.
504.3. Third, the active player gets priority. Players may cast spells and activate abilities.
“It's possible. But it involves... {checks archives} Nature's Revolt, Opalescence, two Unstable Shapeshifters (one of which started as a Doppelganger), a Tide, an animated land, a creature with Fading, a Silver Wyvern, some way to get a creature into play in response to stuff, some way to get a land into play in response to stuff (a different land from the animated land), and one heck of a Rube Goldberg timing diagram.”

Just to be clear -- is the answer is no? You've completed the draw step and are now into your main phase. Rule 504.3 seems to suggest you could.
Thanks in advance.
