How will Chalice of the Void getting Restricted change things?

I never played much vintage but to me this seems like a pretty big change. I was wondering if some vintage players would share their thoughts.

This will make your Shops match up less die-roll dependent, generally. As they said, it makes Moxes more dependable, but this means more people will be playing Null Rod. In the very short term, expect to see less Shops. In the long term, expect Shops decks to be more like Terra Nova or Frobots (heavy on Spheres or Aggro). Shops will be fine in the long term.

For Blue decks, this makes Red less of a non-negotiable. It means that Nature's Claim is a lot better. Ingot Chewer is less a necessity, which means expect to see more Ancient Grudge. Oath will be a little better, but it's good versus Shops now away. I'd expect to see more White now, since you can max out on Serenity now with little fear of being locked by Chalice on 2.
