    It's now fixed.

Edit from twitch: Sorry about the stuttering stream. Apparently this place couldn't handle the stream plus a YouTube upload.

CVM plays and uses Wasteland first, Thoughtseizes after.

    Opponent plays Tundra, cast Brainstorm.

    P. Sullivan belittling the Legacy "community" (yeah, he used quotes when he said this, because it's just "some forums") for its deck names and how unusable they are for coverage and beginners.

Well, in terms of the average SCG viewer who is used to Standard or Modern, he's probably right.
Besides: Noble Hierarch kills out of Infect are always a delight

I am pretty sure someone who tunes into a legacy stream is going to be confused enough by the cards and interactions that the deck names barely matter. I think they're one of the selling points of the format, even.

Calling something 'abzan' instead of 'maverick' doesn't help anyone understand what the deck is doing. It's really not that hard to look at the board and see what colors are there.

Don't forget to ban Brainstorm while you're at it.

Was there a reason he didnt target infernal tutor? He didnt have a chance priority between casts did he?

Deck names have to be easy to reckognize, they said. Reliquary Retreat is next, they said.

My guess is storm player would go for Goblins/AN if he did extract that first tutor, but since he didn't, all the better, he baited the hell out of him. Funniest thing is the dude shuffles Hawkins' deck and I'm sure Hawkins is sitting there like, "haha, you dead bro".
