    Why is papyal charging me a fee on magiccardmarket.eu?

    It's asking for 5% to transfer money into my account - and I've looked over all my previous transaction and it never asked for this before. I know that it won't charge me if I use a bank wire, but is there any way to use paypal that I can avoid this fee? Thanks in advance!

    It's actually bullshit that they do this because there's no way to file a claim if you don't receive a card.
