Sam Roukas won it with Miracles (2 Entreat, 2 Predict, Mentors in the SB).
Grixis Delver came second, I think there was another two or three Miracles decks in the top eight and an Infect, but can't remember exactly.
They said decklists will be posted in the week I think. The videos should be on their Twitch VOD, the finals especially are great! Two skilled players with arguably the two best decks in the format.

Thanks for posting.
What is the consensus on players that move cards around in their deck (to declump) while searching for lands? Wondering how serious this should be taken.
Thanks

Hmm, I believe there's an issue with the above decklists. Sam's deck was officially named 'Angel Stompy', not 'Jeskai Miracles' - this was something that was mentioned by Kevin Jones in the stream. This was a monumental win for the Angel Stompy archetype and I think it should be recognized as such.
In theory "declumping" does nothing if you sufficiently shuffle afterwards so it does seem pointless, but in reality through the course of a long tournament sleeves can cause cards to stick to each other. As long as the deck is randomized afterwards I don't see any issue with it.What is the consensus on players that move cards around in their deck (to declump) while searching for lands? Wondering how serious this should be taken.
Stream is here:

Pretty clear Sam is not playing Angel Stompy, perhaps that's what he refers to the deck tongue in cheek.
I kinda just feel like if Sam self-identifies as an Angel Stompy player and not a Miracles player he should be referred to as one, if only out of courtesy. If we start renaming peoples' decks for them, it's really going to make things confusing.
A local player always names his TES list 'Goblins'.
I think keeping the name provided by the pilot is an admirable goal, but when the pilot is trolling I think you can revert to the community-accepted name.
Also, it sounds like you are being a Cissy.
I had no idea this was a thing. I've always "declumped", and always followed up with multiple riffle shuffles. Never had anyone call me out. In my head, I think I'm doing the right thing by declumping and then riffle shuffling perhaps 4 or 5 times. If I didn't declump, I would spend twice as long riffle shuffling, perhaps 10 times.
Section 3.4 which states that declumping is OK.

A deck is not shuffled if the judge believes a player could know the position or distribution of one or more cards in his or her deck. isn't the 2nd half of this directly related to "declumping"? i guess i can see an argument to know that they are stacked together. it's like when players side in 3 or 4 of a sb card and place them evenly throughout their deck.
i think the distribution with declumping just goes from an unfavorable distribution to a favorable distribution. that's where i have my issue....the player is not declumping irrelevant cards, just the relevant ones.
anyway, i don't want to start any kind of trouble here, thanks for the pdf. i think this is certainly useful if you're in a tournament and want to present an argument in either way.

"i don't want to start any kind of trouble here"
I think the key thing is that Miracles decks win with Mentor now, whereas Sam was clearly trying to build a deck that had a strong prison strategy + angel beatdown. That seems more like Angel Stompy to me than Miracles, so the name makes sense.
name makes no sense, go back 6-12 months in miracles deck lists and this is what people were running
He didn't invent anything here....mainboard EE, ETA, predicts, snaps was more than common in miracles before mentor hopped in. He doesn't get to name it Angel stompy. Ridiculous!
There are some MAJOR differences between Sam's list and 'Miracles' decks, both in card choice and in play style - if you watch his games, Sam plays the deck as a Stompy deck, not as a control deck.
Ultimately I think it makes sense to name a deck based on its win condition and this deck's win condition involves stomping down with angels, so the name makes sense. Anything else would just make things super confusing for everyone.
Here's the source thread for angel stompy:

There's really no argument here. The two decks are nothing alike.
