The Queen Marchesa is obvioulsy the most funniest new general to play.
My deck idea is to keep the Monarch Crown myself at any cost. Winning is not so important :)
And of course, EDH cards for the Queen should be foils. Queen likes shiny things.

I've been debating picking up a copy of Queen Marchesa myself and giving her a try. I like the idea of her, but I haven't really been able to settle on a list. Here's some things I was considering:
Kambal, Consul of Allocation is a nice little taxing creature, and is somewhat flavorful since the Queen obviously has a minister of finance. People are going to play non-creature spells, so you might as well benefit from them.
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight seems like it would be quite good here, especially if people are attacking you and trying to steal your crown. Half damage is nothing to sneeze at, and it even prevents you from getting hit by 1/1 token swarms since you round the damage you take down, not up. Then, when it comes time for you to return the favor, double damage is quite nice.
Crown of Doom is very flavorful, and is also a sort of "pillowfort" card in that it encourages attacks elsewhere.
Royal Assassin more flavor, but also an excellent rattlesnake. Sure, come steal my crown, but you're going to lose an attacker for the privilege.
You've got Maze of Ith in there, but you don't have it's cousin Mystifying Maze. It can be a little clunky at times, but it's fairly good against the recent glut of Atraxa/Ezuri decks running around that are full of creatures loaded up with +1/+1 counters.
Skyline Despot is another way to get your crown back that gives you a fairly decent little bonus for actually being the queen.
As for your list, here's some things I don't like:
Hanweir Garrison seems like a worse Hero of Bladehold. You could get the sweet meld thing going every once in a while, but for my money I think I'd still opt for Hero if I wanted that effect.
Lyzolda, the Blood Witch seems out of place in your deck. You've got a lot of things to sacrifice to it for "value", but I don't think you're hard up enough for random draws or shocks that you need this card. This is especially true if you're holding on to the monarch crown which seems to be your overall plan.
Price of Glory is one of those cards that sounds sweet, but either makes you a target or actively hurts you. Unless you see a huge amount of random counterspells in your meta or something I'd cut this in favor of Kambal.
While it is a cool card, I'm also not sure how good Necromancer's Covenant is. I guess if you have a lot of Karador/Jarad/Meren type decks in your meta it could pay off, but I think something like Army of the Damned will net you more zombies more consistently if what you're after is a surprise token horde.
I think I'd rather have Assemble the Legion over Covenant or Army, but it is slow. This deck doesn't seem like a speed-demon though.

Thanks for the answers. Royal Assassin really must be in this theme. I forgot it because I have only revised edition Assassin and here it should obviously be from Beta. :)
Graveyard and anti-counter techs are in because there are annoying blue and reanimator mages around. Let's see what is the reality but cards look really cool in the paper though.
Theme is really more important than win here so I think some of the Titans and other EDH-bombs should go.
Assemble the Legion is surely cooler than let's say Luminarch Ascension.
Kambal I didn't even know it existed. It is obviously good taxing creature in the theme too.
I can honestly recommend this deck for any EDH player. It is ton of fun to play.
But should there be a King or does our Queen want to be always single? :)
Darien, King of Kjeldor
King Macar, the Gold-Cursed and
King Suleiman are probably the best options.
Only Prince seems to be Prince of Thralls who has wrong colours.
Only Princess seems to be Princess Lucrezia and she has wrong colours too.
BTW, if anyone have spare Royal Assassin from Beta for a good home send me a priv message. :)

Technically, this one is a prince and is on color. I think Darien is most on theme, people want to attack you to get the Monarch and when they do, you get an army to take it back.
Haha, just get a FBB one, those are a lot less expensive.
Damn, I think I kind of want to build this, it's such a flavor win.
