Legacy shops in NYC?

I'm back in CT for a wedding, and my wife & I are considering spending the day in New York on Monday. Are there any stores in Manhattan or Brooklyn that are worth visiting? (I know there are a bunch of places to play in the city, but not sure if any stand out as must-visit spots.)

Just wanted to +1 the above advice. Geekery has the best Legacy in the city and their weekly on Monday is well-attended. The other two Legacy weeklies are Montasy on Tuesday and Nebulous on Thursday, though I think the latter has trouble firing sometimes.

For what it's worth, the shop is a 5-10 minute walk from a few subway lines so it's pretty accessible from Manhattan, if that's where you'll be. Enjoy your stay in NYC!
