Here is an UW Death & Taxes list I have built and played with success. I am posting here instead of in the D&T thread as it is pretty far from stock and many would consider it to not even fit into D&T.

My main goal was to keep the mana denial plan of stock D&T while getting access to Force of Will.

Matchups
It is much stronger against fast combo like belcher thanks to sideboard cards.
TNN improves games against decks with a lot of targetter removal, another weakness of stock D&T.
For this I trade a worse mana base. I haven't experienced yet that it makes any matchup significantly worse than stock D&T.

Some thoughts about the deck
* I see it as a tempo deck where spell queller fits nicely into the tempo plan.
* Ethersworn canonist is there because it can stop the opponents from getting to play cards exiled with spell queller.
* Occationally Aether Vial + Spell Queller + Karakas + Venser can create a soft lock

How would you optimize this deck without changing its identity completely?
