The round 1 feature really was a delight to watch, kudos to both players, the commentary and the twitch chat for their efforts in this comedy masterpiece.

"Undefeated player" simply sounds better than "players with maximum points" or whatever. And draws are kinda like losses, more or less.

Watching 4-Color delver decks win all their "losing" matchups on camera makes me sad.
At least SCG has Modern on.
By this coverage, grixis delver/ leovold must be at least half the meta.
I'm suprised by the amount of coverage D&T gets. A shame we still don't have data on the Day 2 decks yet.

What do you mean? It's exactly 20 DRS in the top 8. There are also exactly 24 Brainstorms and Force of Wills, but only 23 Ponders. There are 3 decks not playing DRS (Lands, and 2x Miracles) with the rest running playsets.
Nevermind, brainfart on my part then.

Supringly enough, there are only 4 DRS decks on the places #9-16, putting it at 36/64 copies. Meanwhile, Brainstorm sits at 44/64 copies, but that's business as usual by now.

3 of our local guys lost their deck (2 painter, 1 cloudpost) because miracles was "too good"

This 'underdog' narrative is so stupid, I'm sure there are Tundra players who appreciate that their deck is still playable
