Lavinia is seeing play in vintage and I think if it can be played turn one has potential in legacy too. The moxes in the list are to help with this, then wasteland to keep opponent land count down.

It's better than thalia vs ancient tomb decks, effectively reducing tomb/city/cloud post to one mana lands and preventing mox if it gets down early (only opponents though since lavinia is one sided). Lavinia is better vs elves and omnitell, they need four lands to play natural order and omniscience is shut down. Both are good vs fast mana decks like storm variants and need to be removed for them to win. Lavinia stops terminus/fow in miracles. Thalia is better vs blue midrange as lavinia likely only stops fow, but the plus here is that lavinia can be run well in a blue shell. Similarly, teeg is awkward with jace and fow plus has a creature type that doesn't go well with cavern, would love to be proven wrong though with an advisor tribal deck.
