What's the synergy here between the Painter combo and Didgeridoo? I just don't see it, since it doesn't even have artifact search aside from one Trinket Mage.
Multiple didgeridoo decks in anzid's event right now, one just did a deck tech. Event:

Which would make sense if Trinket was more than a 1-of, otherwise it's not really a reason to combine the combos. That's like saying the synergy is they both use cheap artifacts and instant activations, which frees up mana to cast Brainstorm.
Arguably something like OmniTell would have a lot better synergy if you just want to cram in a 2nd combo deck.
I'm interested to see how the Relentless decks do.
I do think the combo makes more sense in a monoR sneak shell then a painter shell.
Sneak Attack + fetchland turns Maraug into a 1-hit kill, which is a convenient combo. Or you can just Sneak out 2 Minotaurs and landfall once.
Sneaky Neheb
//Lands: 18
4 Ancient Tomb
4 City of Traitors
3 Sandstone Needle
7 Snow-Covered Mountain
//Mana: 8
4 Lotus Petal
4 Simian Spirit Guide
//Combo Engines: 8
4 Didgeridoo
4 Sneak Attack
//Prison: 8
4 Chalice of the Void
4 Blood Sun
//Minotaurs: 18
4 Neheb, Dreadhorde Champion
3 Neheb, the Eternal
3 Sethron, Hurloon General
4 Moraug, Fury of Akoum
4 Boros Battleshaper
Something like that seems like it could work as a starting shell. The mana and cards generated by Neheb makes it easier to Sneak out additional minotaurs for the extra combats to make it a 1-hit kill.
Their first 30 minutes of this episode discusses Thunderbluff!
